BTG Pactual

The Brazilian investment bank BTG Pactual won a consortium with Acciona including several minority stake companies and took over the management of drinking water infrastructure across Barcelona. More precisely, BTG Pactual  and Acciona lead the consortium with 39% each (XXVIII).
